Where is Silver Creek, and what is it like?
The villa is situated on Highway 27 which boasts a huge range of Shops, Restaurants, Bars, and Golf Courses all within a few minutes drive from the villa. The junction for the 192 ( the road to Disney ) is just 2 miles from Silver Creek.
Why spend a second longer in the car than you have to?

- 50 mins from Sanford Airport
- 10 mins from Disney Maingate
- 5 mins from one of the best golf courses in florida - Legends Golf & Country Club
- 5 mins from the main Highways of Florida that take you to all the great beaches - Miami, Tampa, Daytona etc

Eileen hi and welcome. We stayed at Silver Creek last year and will staying in the same villa again in November. Silver creek is off highway 27, turn off the 192 onto H27 towards Clermont (north) you go past Walmart on the right and then turn right at the next set of lights into Woodcrest way (just passed a Wynn Dixie)- most of these houses are privately owned, stay on this road for about a mile and you'll come to Silver Creek.The villa we stay in backs onto the lake and is quite private.
We always stay in the Woodridge/Clear Creek/Silver Creek estate. We have never stayed in a villa in Woodridge, but have stayed in villas in Clear Creeka nd Silver Creek. We love it there, it`s a really great location. At the entrance to the estate there is a Winn-Dixie, pizza take-away, dentist, hairdressers, dry cleaners, post office, bank and petrol station. 2 minutes down the US27 is a Walmart and further down there is a shopping complex with a Publix. If you come out of the estate and go the other way there is a Walgreens. Also, when you come out of the estate if you go onto the 192 there is another Publix, library with free internet access and plenty of other places such as shops, restaurants etc. :-)
We stayed in Silver Creek last November and it was probably our best location!!
We would love to stay in this area again but cannot find any villas so would be grateful if you guys could PM me any details, have a great trip .. you will love the location .. when returning from parks it takes no time to get back "home"
